How fast is the number activated?
Numbers are usually assigned within 5–10 minutes of payment confirmation.
Can I keep the number if I cancel?
On monthly plans, the number is released at the end of the billing cycle. On annual plans, the number is reserved for 12 months.
Do I need to provide ID for KYC?
Yes — phone number rentals require a verified Nigerian identity document. We accept NIN, BVN, and passport.
Can I port an existing number to MySubscriptions?
Porting is not currently supported. We provide new numbers across the four major networks.
